The District will conduct a two-day CAPP training class. The CAPP training program certifies new CAPP candidates who can verify and certify Authority to Construct and Permit to Operate applications as being in compliance with applicable District rules and regulations.

This three-hour course is an optional training for facilities designed to highlight recent rule amendments with a focus on Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) requirements for the following rules: District Rules 4401, 4409, 4623 and 4624. The course will also include the LDAR requirements in Section 95669 of the California Oil and Gas Regulation.
